Professor Liao Shipping from Beijing Normal University Give a Lecture on Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Long-Arm Jurisdiction and Extraterritorial Application of Domestic Law: Legal Rules and Legal War

OnNovember3, 2019,Associate Professor Liao Shipping from Beijing Normal University, gave a lecture on Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Long-Arm Jurisdiction and Extraterritorial Application of Domestic Law: Legal Rules and Legal War to the teachers and students of our institute in the 103classroom of Nan'an Building.

The lecture was hosted by Professor Shi Yubing, Associate Dean of South China Sea Institute of Xiamen University. Students and teachers, from South China Sea Institute and other departments attended the lecture.

The whole lecture was rich in content, which combined theory with practice, deepened our understanding ofU.S. Legal System andthe extraterritorial application of domestic law.
