China Oceans Law Review

China Oceans Law Review (COLR -- ISSN：1813-7350, Chinese standard serial number [CN-35(Q) Shi No.2018004] is a compilation of research focusing on ocean-related laws and policies. This Chinese-English bilingual journal is jointly run by the South China Sea Institute of Xiamen University, Dalian Maritime University Institute of Maritime Law and Ocean Law, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University C. Y. Tung International Centre for Maritime Studies, National Taiwan Normal University of the Graduate Institute of Political Science.

Started by Prof. Kuenchen FU in 2005, the journal has been widely acknowledged and regarded as an authoritative publication by several academic institutions. Since the summer of 2010, COLR is indexed by Westlaw China, Lawinfochina.com, Airiti, Cqvip, HeinOnline and CNKI. In August 2016, it was officially confirmed by Xiamen University as a key journal (Class B).
